For virtual products

Customer / End-user should receive email of digital content once the payment is made and success.

We consider digitally delivered goods to be information or content that you can receive by email. Occasionally, customer can WhatsApp our Customer Services @ 011 2541 0208 if not receive the email.

Delivery means the digital download of subscribed content to the customers. At present we have only one mode of delivery – online digital information can receive by email.

Online digital delivery of content is through internet by email or WhatsApp only.

For physical products

1. Processing Time
   • Orders are typically processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

   • During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

   • 1 – 3 business days
   • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
